Robert (Robb) Lewis
Founder and lead guide.
Robb has been hiking and backpacking since he was a Boy Scout in the early 90's. While earning the rank of Eagle, he learned all the skills necessary to thrive in the woods. Since then, he has only upped his skills and experience. He is currently a New York State Licensed Guide and holds a current Wilderness First Aid, CPR, and EMT certificates. Along with the first aid and safety training, he is a Leave No Trace level 1 educator, and has been teaching people the basics of Map and Compass and bushwacking for many years.
Robb's hiking experience is extensive within the state. Growing up, in northern New Jersey, he hiked the Harriman State Park trail system extensively. Since then, he has completed the ADK 46ers and the Catskill 3500 challenges, and continues to go back and enjoy the peaks. On top of those challenges, he has hiked the majority of the fire towers in the state, along with many of the smaller challenges, and continues to expand the trails he has hiked throughout the state. The biggest challenges he is currently working towards are the North East 111 and to red-line or hike every mile of trail in the entire ADK High Peaks Wilderness.
It is easy to say that hiking and camping are Robb's passion, and he takes to the woods every chance he gets.
Home Office
The home office is staffed by Michael, Robb's husband, and the clowder of cats that are the true supervisors. None of this would be possible without the support of Michael and the antics of the cats, and they have the deepest and greatest thanks and love for allowing all the hiking to happen.
