Robert lead a trip with me on a February 2026 traverse of Gray Peak, Mount Skylight, and Mount Marcy. His route planning showed deep familiarity with the Adirondack High Peaks, and he paced us perfectly even though we were slower than him. There was no ego with Robert, he is a true leader. He even helped me taped up my blisters on the trail and messaged me after to see if I was ok. I hope to join Robert on many more hikes.
